Improvement of 3D camera segmentation results

The following video shows how a variant of SIOX can be used to improve the segmentation results of a 3D time of flight camera. A SwissRanger SR 2000 camera was used in combination with a regular web camera. Both cameras are calibrated such that they capture the same scene. 3D cameras are rather new and so they are not yet capable of capturing high-resolution, high-framerate pictures. However, using SIOX the segmentation result can be dramatically improved.
