This page shows preliminary screenshots from the open source vector drawing application Inkscape. They were provided to us by Bob Jamison (ishmal) from Inkscape's development team.
In Inkscape, SIOX is part of the bitmap tracing tool. This allows the easy creation of vectorized versions of certain objects in a bitmap image. The screenshots were created with Inkscape v0.44pre3 and show the new tracing tool box, the input image with the user selection, and the vectorized output object. Click on the thumbnails below to see the large versions.
